Rent The Entire Lodge

Beaver Creek Lodge is the perfect place for business groups, family reunions and other social gatherings. The lodge has 11 rooms with a total of 18 beds. When the entire lodge is rented, groups have the flexibility of using our kitchen and dining facilities to prepare meals or have meals catered.

Lodge Rental Rates

Summer 2011 (June - September)

2011 Rentals will be scheduled as follows:

  • Monday & Tuesday (2 nights).............. $2,400
  • Wednesday & Thursday (2 nights)....... $2,400
  • Friday, Saturday & Sunday (3 nights).. $3,700

    • Rental rates are based on up to 40 people, additional occupant charges may apply for larger groups. Click here for Summer Lodge Rental Policies.

    Spring & Fall rates are discounted. Contact us for details.

    Reservation/Cancellation Policy

    Winter (December 2010 - March 2011)

  • Sunday - Thursday.................. $1,400/night
  • Friday, Saturday & Sunday...... $1,600/night

    • *Snowmobile rentals are required to rent the lodge, please call for information.

    All Inclusive Package Designed for Renting the Entire Lodge

    Prices are person and based on groups of 10-20 people. For weekends and holidays add $25 per person per day.
